Introduction

At BODY TIME, our vision is to help people worldwide live healthier, fitter lives by creating a global community through our innovative business model. We aim to grow exponentially, reaching 10,000 locations by 2035. Currently, with 35 locations across the globe, we are on track to expand to 100 locations within the next year and 2,000 to 3,000 locations over the next three years. 

Our goal is to become the fastest-growing community in the fitness industry, breaking new ground with each step. Together, we can achieve limitless growth and make a lasting impact on the world.



Rules for Maintaining a Professional Work Environment

at BODY TIME X Business Center

 

  1. Sales Recorded in Mindbody CRM Valid Only
    • Importance: Ensures that all transactions are accurately tracked in the official system, promoting transparency and consistency in sales reporting.
  2. Use of X CRM as per Company Guidelines (Ailyce Instructions)
    • Importance: Adhering to the prescribed CRM guidelines ensures that all customer interactions are managed efficiently and consistently across the organization.
  3. Fairness and Professional Attitude
    • Importance: Maintaining a fair and professional attitude fosters a positive work environment and builds trust among employees, clients, and management.
  4. Loyalty
    • Importance: Loyalty to the company and its values strengthens team cohesion and contributes to the long-term success of the business.
  5. Maintaining Neatness and Cleanliness at All Times
    • Importance: A clean and well-maintained environment enhances the client experience and reflects the high standards of the company.
  6. Payout Schedule (5th to 10th of Every Month)
    • Importance: Timely payouts ensure that all staff and partners are compensated fairly, which helps maintain morale and financial stability.
  7. Profit Share Based on Attached Excel Sheet
    • Importance: Transparent profit-sharing calculations promote fairness and motivate partners to contribute to the business’s success.
  8. Price Policy and Structure Compliance
    • Importance: Consistency in pricing ensures that all clients receive the same level of service, and any exceptions must be authorized to maintain company standards.
  9. Responsibility for Damages
    • Importance: Holding individuals accountable for damages ensures that equipment and facilities are maintained in optimal condition, reducing operational costs.
  10. Common Area Maintenance
    • Importance: Treating common area damages as a general expense ensures shared responsibility and helps maintain the overall environment without burdening individuals.
  11. Common Expenses (Detergent, Cleaning Materials, Tissues)
    • Importance: Sharing the cost of common supplies promotes fairness and ensures that all necessary materials are available for smooth operations.
  12. Marketing Expenses
    • Importance: Marketing costs can be shared for broader initiatives or managed individually, allowing flexibility for business partners to promote their services effectively.
  13. Sales Team and Call Agents
    • Importance: The option to share or independently manage sales resources provides partners with the flexibility to control costs and tailor their approach to client acquisition.
  14. Fair Distribution of Sales/Bookings
    • Importance: Ensuring fair distribution of sales or bookings among members prevents conflicts and promotes a collaborative environment.
  15. No Arguing or Fighting – Report Issues Professionally
    • Importance: A zero-tolerance policy for conflicts ensures a peaceful and professional work environment. Reporting issues allows management to address and resolve them effectively.

To realize this vision, we offer diverse career opportunities across various employment areas, including commission-based positions and our 50/50 partner model. As we aim to open multiple Business Centers globally, we provide a wide range of opportunities for those with a growth mindset, including Shop-in-Shop solutions, collaborations with gyms, spas, hotels, and partnerships with personal trainers.

We also offer the option to purchase a Business Center outright at any time, subject to availability and the Business Center’s evaluated value. Flexible payment options are available, including monthly payments derived from the partner’s profit share. Full ownership and licensing will be transferred once the total amount due is fully paid.

All payouts will be invoiced and meticulously tracked for both profit-sharing and purchase purposes. We believe this transparent and equitable model will create new opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs, while also strengthening the BODY TIME community and its shared trademark, building a solid foundation for long-term success.
