I’d like to clarify our policy regarding working hours and compensation:

  1. Your standard working time is 8 hours, plus a one-hour break.
  2. The basic salary is calculated based on working 26 days, each consisting of 8 hours of work plus one hour for a break.
  3. If you work fewer hours than the standard, your pay will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the actual hours worked.
  4. Please note that overtime work beyond the standard hours will not be compensated.

When conducting personal training sessions, whether one-on-one or in small groups, it’s crucial to adhere to the following important rules:

  1. Active Engagement: Remain active throughout the session. Avoid keeping your hands behind your back or crossing them in front of you. Always train actively alongside the client.
  2. Correction and Guidance: Correct the client’s form during each exercise at least twice or more to ensure proper execution.
  3. Lead by Example: Participate in the exercises with the client, demonstrating active involvement at all times.
  4. Focus on the Client: Refrain from using private or company phones, consuming caffeinated drinks, or any other distractions during workouts. Maintain complete focus on the client’s needs and progress.
  5. Professionalism: If you smoke, ensure that there is no smell of smoke during sessions. Remember, you represent a health-conscious role model, and the company prefers working with non-smokers for this position for simplicity and consistency.

These guidelines are essential for providing a high-quality training experience and upholding our standards of professionalism.

During workouts, always remember to corect client: and repeat this following words loud saying to client:

  • Maintain a straight posture
  • Keep your gaze forward
  • Ensure your back is straight
  • Lift your chest up
  • Focus on your breathing, inhaling and exhaling
  • Squeeze your muscles as much as possible
  • Use motivational cues such as “Come on, one more champ, push it, squeeze it, you’re stronger than you think, you can do it!”

Repeat these instructions throughout the entire 20-minute session, actively participating and demonstrating each exercise alongside the client. By consistently following these guidelines, you’ll ensure the client experiences high-quality training, leading to their satisfaction and avoiding any need for discounts.

#4 Your Only One Duty!

Your primary duties are as follows:

  1. Conduct Personal Training Sessions.
  2. Follow up with old leads through calls.
  3. Maintain and grow your client base by offering extensions, recommendations, encouraging Google reviews, and continuing point 2.

Please note that engaging in activities such as casual conversations with coworkers, browsing the internet, or other non-essential tasks during working hours are not part of your paid working time.

In essence, your job entails efficient and focused work in training and client communication.

If you find other activities important during your working hours, please seek opportunities that compensate for those specific tasks out of the compnay BODY TIME payrate!

A full schedule is your priority and duty! Here are the mandatory steps to get a full schedule!Β 

  1. Follow up existing clients to attend in time. Reminder calls!Β 
  2. Get recommendations from your clients!
  3. Plan and discuss in time future renewals and what client want / need to improve to continue!
  4. Each client who don’t continue deliver contact information to the owner to see the problem!Β

To ensure your schedule remains full and productive during non-training hours, follow these steps:

  1. Follow up with old leads to re-engage them. Offer free training sessions to demonstrate the value of your services.
  2. Fill all your available slots for the upcoming days.
  3. Commit to completing these tasks before leaving work. Failure to do so will result in the need to reconsider your role within the team.
  4. If you encounter difficulties booking free sessions, consider reevaluating your approach. If even free sessions are not attracting clients, it may be time to consider other options.

Note: Old leads should be contacted from printed Excel sheets to minimize time spent clicking on computers.

During periods without regular PT client sessions, it’s crucial to use our time efficiently. I urge you to focus on reaching out to old leads and offering them complimentary training sessions.

Why offer free sessions? Clients may discontinue training due to past dissatisfaction. Providing free sessions showcases our commitment to addressing their concerns and reaffirms the value of our services.

In addition to client engagement, the following activities are accepted:

  • Cleaning and organizing our workspace
  • Ensuring all electric devices are functioning properly
  • Running updates on electric devices and software

Individual Account Usage and App Installation Guidelines

As we move forward, please note the following guidelines:

  1. Individual Account Usage: Each team member is required to work from their respective accounts.
  2. App Installation: The app should be installed on your private phone.
  3. Account Creation: If you haven’t already, please create your account to begin using the system.
  4. Training Materials: Instructions and video tutorials on system usage will be provided shortly. In the meantime, seek guidance from experienced colleagues. For remote team members, utilize Zoom calls to facilitate understanding. Use screen sharing with arrows to demonstrate processes.

These steps will ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of our systems.
