Position: Personal Trainers (PTs), Sales, Beauty Technicians

Option 1: Commission-Based

  • Earn 20% of your total sales, with no basic salary provided.

Option 2: Basic Salary Plus Commission

Business Model Overview

Performance Requirements:

Working Time:

  • Your time should be dedicated exclusively to working with clients as PTs or making sales calls. No other tasks should interfere.

Mandatory Deliverables and Results:

First Month:

  • Your Contacts/Marketing Connections: Must contribute to 50% of the minimum sales requirement.
  • Sales from Old Leads: Must contribute to 50% of the minimum sales requirement.

Second Month:

  • Your Contacts/Marketing Connections: Must contribute to 20% of the minimum sales requirement.
  • Sales from Old Leads: Must contribute to 80% of the minimum sales requirement.

Third Month:

  • Access to New Leads: You will gain access to new leads to help meet and exceed sales targets.

Important Notes:

  • Your basic income should primarily be generated from old leads and your personal marketing efforts.
  • The expectation is to build a strong client base through both existing and new connections, ensuring consistent performance and growth.

This structure is designed to motivate and reward high performance, with a clear path to success and increased earnings based on your dedication and results.

Checklist Paid Employees

  1. Use your X Account and Mindbody Account under your own name and have both apps installed on a personal mobile phone. Log in to see notifications, appointments, new and old lead requests, and tasks to do.
  2. Wear the company uniform at all times while at work!
  3. Use Jibble for time attendance tracking. Always arrive on time and never leave early!
  4. Use working time for work, not for talking with co-workers. The company pays for worked time only. Client matters must be written in contact notes, not discussed!
  5. Work to achieve your sales target by breaking it down into weekly and daily goals. If you do not achieve your daily or weekly goals, stay beyond your working hours to achieve them instead of leaving early. Leave only when your work and targets are achieved.
  6. Use your time making calls and offering services to our clients only!

  8. Each sale must be documented with the necessary documents and properly introduced at the same time in the Income Excel Sheet, Mindbody, and X from your account only. For each sale, it is mandatory that the no-refund membership contract is signed.
  9. If your work does not yield the necessary results in bookings, sales, or client retention, it is your duty to learn and practice using YouTube videos from home.

  11. Leave your workplace and each area you use neat and clean, following company policies and guidelines.
  12. Maintain a daily portfolio of before and after results with clients, as we have many people visiting our club each day.
  13. Record client testimonial videos daily, as we have many people visiting our club each day.
  14. Encourage Google reviews daily, as we have many people visiting our club each day.
